What is sea glass?
Sea Glass is glass found on beaches along oceans that has been tumbled and smoothed by the water and sand, creating small pieces of smooth, frosted glass. We find our sea glass while walking the beaches of Buzzard's Bay in Massachusetts. There are a lot of boats and a rocky shore which makes a good recipe for sea glass. Our family has been collecting sea glass for over fourteen years and we have literally tens of thousands of specimens. This is a "motivational poster" I made of me swimming with a giant sting ray in the shallow waters off Rottnest Island in Western Australia a few years ago. I am six feet tall-this guy was bigger than me.
